Lexi and Layne’s love was so wholesome, they made my job really easy! Their story began when Layne was a surfing instructor teaching Lexi’s friend how to surf. Lexi started hanging around more and more just to be close to Layne. Needless to say, when Lexi and I started talking about taking some couples portraits, we both agreed we had to do them on the beach. Hawaii has tons of beautiful locations for an afternoon beach photoshoot. We chose Baldwin Beach for this lush pathway and the amazing view of the sunset. The afternoon was a little windy and the clouds covered the view of the mountains, but we had the best time creating some playful images and enjoying the sounds of the ocean!
